Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. During busy periods, or due to occasional supply-chain disruptions, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days, depending on your destination and customs processing. Some items ship from our international fulfillment partners, which can affect delivery times. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its status. You can also reach us anytime at contact@magneto-store.com for an update.

Customs and import fees: For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Delivery delays: If your package hasn't arrived within 20 business days of the ship date, please contact us at contact@magneto-store.com and we'll investigate right away and offer an appropriate solution. If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier (after 30 business days from the ship date), we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Refund Policy.
